I apologize to call this "Bank Robbery" - because when there is a "Court Order" to Rob the Bank, then we don't call it Bank Robbery, we call it Child Support, Legal Fees reclassified as Child Support Backlog, etc.
After robbing over $1.2 million in past one year, Attorney Tracy Julian is screaming -- "Wolf! Wolf! Sell Malhan's residence and office units, and give her (from sale of these units) another $1.2 million, else Malhan's children are irreparably harmed, -- Malhan's children are hungry and homeless!"
Attorney Tracy Julian is so deeply worried that my (Malhan's) children are hungry and homeless! Why cant she just give me my children! Attorney Tracy Julian refuses to give me even a Photograph of my children!
In one of the most civilized nation in the entire history of human race, I am asking, if you or anyone you know, has the Courage, Character, Education or Upbringing to stop this Bank Robbery - broad daylight robbery of Bank of Malhan and kidnapping and psychological murder of children. [This is happening in "every court room all over America", and in many more places!] Not merely current and past earnings/assets, but "future earnings" also are stolen - over $2 million in future earnings.
In the financial industry we have financial instruments called- Futures. Using the same concept future earnings are stolen from Bank of Litigants.
How does Tracy Julian accomplish this? Merely get a Judge to pass Court Order.
If we read the documents attached (a) My recent Certification filed in court. (b) Federal Complaint filed in October 2022, then we will see --
(a) How easy it is to Kidnap, psychologically murder and traffic children.
(b) How easy it is to rob the Bank of Any Litigant such as - Bank of Malhan. Simply ignore facts, make up facts, make up figures, pass orders, classify $2million in Illegal fees as Child Support Backlog, etc.
The entire government, the Attorney General - will protect and serve the thieves, child predators.

I have also trained few professors as well.At SpaceAge as a Chief Software Architect and Chief Technology Officer, my work involves heavy weight logical thinking and teaching software engineers analytical, lateral thinking and problem solving skills.Along side my military career, beginning when I was 17 years old, I began devoting all my leisure time to social work / community welfare work -- studying and guiding the Mental, Moral, Psychological and Intellectual development of children and adults.
