From time to time watch on TV or YouTube, videos on - what it takes to earn our Freedom and who paid the price for "our freedom" -- videos on American Revolution, WW-I, WW-II, Vietnam, North Korea, Ukraine, Iran, Russia, China, etc. See the tremendous sacrifice, immeasurable pain and suffering, millions have endured/made and continue to make so we can have our Freedoms and live in a world that is Just and Fair.
Some people say: "you guys go sacrifice... I want my freedom for free!" Are you such a person?
Evil, Injustice anywhere, is a threat to justice everywhere.
Every day, we have to stand guard to protect our Freedom and prevent Evil, Injustice, Crime and Corruption.

Year 2003, in Kharkiv, Ukraine - 41 year old divorcee Viktoriya Myronova and her 20 year old daughter still in college made this bold and daring plan - immigration fraud, marriage fraud -- to come to America. Part of this plan - Alina would pretend to be my girlfriend, fiancée, wife.
Alina is 22 years younger to me. In 2004 I helped them come to the U.S. I gave them a job in my business. Paid them salary 3 times over. Six years relationship. They stole over $300,000 and unjustly enriched themselves with another $300,000. The list of crimes is virtually endless, including attempted murder three months before filing of divorce sometime in the 3rd week of November 2010. In Feb 2011, Alina got her green card and filed for divorce. Eleven years litigation! One Hundred days trial! Litigation in form of Appeals and spin-off cases may continue for another 10 years! Alina's 10th Attorney Tracy Julian, from a third law firm (most powerful law firm in State of New Jersey) -- in less than 4 years billed over 3 million in legal fees. Judge ordered that I pay Tracy Julian over $2 million. This has been converted, accounted as "child support backlog". This is barbaric, brutally illegal and evil!
My case is one of the worst case, biggest criminal case in US family court history.
We are brain dead if we ask for proof. Do we need any proof for this? A 20-year-old lady, 22 years younger to me, still in college, has a mere six years relationship with me and she is awarded well over 65% in "marital assets" that too when she has negative equity - i.e. already stolen over $300,000 and unjustly enriched herself with another $300,000.00. Add to this she is given 65% in my premarital assets and 40% in my post marital assets. What is the motive? If we follow the money - all this flows into her attorney's pocket. And - what motive just a Judge have? What motive does the State have to spend over $5 million of tax payer's money to defend all crimes by Alina, Tracy Julian and the State.
At age 62, overnight my 42 years of blood, tears, sweat and toil have been wiped out and even after that I have to pay over $2 million in child support backlog - legal fees to Tracy Julian. And Alina Myronova is given Power of Attorney to sell away all my assets. My residence of 27 years is being sold and I am being evicted. My business in two units in same building is also being evicted and the units sold. All money 100% will flow into Tracy Julian's pocket and, what motive did Judge Terry Bottinelli have?
My two poor helpless children were kidnapped away and in cold blood psychologically murdered -- so as to facilitate the over 2 million dollars in "child support backlog" and $675/- per week of child support. (child support and backlog installments - $7280/month)
Marriage Certificate is the perfect alibi. From 2004 to 2010, for six years Alina and her mother used the Marriage Certificate to cover up an endless list of crimes including attempted murder. Since 2011, my marriage certificate is the perfect alibi for every one - several Judges, psychologists, lawyers like Tracy Julian, and sadly for several in several departments in the government.
I am not the only victim. In varying degrees, this is happening to over 20 million parents and children all over America.
This is a new form of Slavery!

Freedom, Justice - is never served on the plate. Like a farmer de-weeding his fields, we have to stand guard every day.
I understand the responsibilities, the work load you have. I am reaching out to you because this is an extremely important matter that will cause any civilized nation to "self-destruct".

In July 2022 I published a book - Wisdom of the Ages. This book is based on my experience studying and guiding the mental, moral, psychological and intellectual development of children and young adults since 1977 -- with a focus on challenges Earth and Human Species is faced with. Three very important essays, chapters in this book are (a) Reading for Self Development. (b) Social Responsibilities of a Human Being. And, (c) The Science of Making Laws - The How and Why of Laws.
'Evil', does evil because he knows - "you" will do nothing. Every religion says, every 'human being' agrees - "to do evil is 'sin', to turn a blind eye to evil is a 'sin' too!" We don't live in a "bubble". When we turn a blind eye to evil and injustice, we make our world unsafe for ourselves and for our children.

Year 2003, in Kharkiv, Ukraine - 41 year old divorcee Viktoriya Myronova and her 20 year old daughter still in college made this bold and daring plan - immigration fraud, marriage fraud -- to come to America. Part of this plan - Alina would pretend to be my girlfriend, fiancée, wife.
Alina is 22 years younger to me. In 2004 I helped them come to the U.S. I gave them a job in my business. Paid them salary 3 times over. Six years relationship. They stole over $300,000 and unjustly enriched themselves with another $300,000. The list of crimes is virtually endless, including attempted murder three months before filing of divorce sometime in the 3rd week of November 2010. In Feb 2011, Alina got her green card and filed for divorce. Eleven years litigation! One Hundred days trial! Litigation in form of Appeals and spin-off cases may continue for another 10 years! Alina's 10th Attorney Tracy Julian, from a third law firm (most powerful law firm in State of New Jersey) -- in less than 4 years billed over 3 million in legal fees. Judge ordered that I pay Tracy Julian over $2 million. This has been converted, accounted as "child support backlog". This is barbaric, brutally illegal and evil!
My case is one of the worst case, biggest criminal case in US family court history.
We are brain dead if we ask for proof. Do we need any proof for this? A 20-year-old lady, 22 years younger to me, still in college, has a mere six years relationship with me and she is awarded well over 65% in "marital assets" that too when she has negative equity - i.e. already stolen over $300,000 and unjustly enriched herself with another $300,000.00. Add to this she is given 65% in my premarital assets and 40% in my post marital assets. What is the motive? If we follow the money - all this flows into her attorney's pocket. And - what motive just a Judge have? What motive does the State have to spend over $5 million of tax payer's money to defend all crimes by Alina, Tracy Julian and the State.
At age 62, overnight my 42 years of blood, tears, sweat and toil have been wiped out and even after that I have to pay over $2 million in child support backlog - legal fees to Tracy Julian. And Alina Myronova is given Power of Attorney to sell away all my assets. My residence of 27 years is being sold and I am being evicted. My business in two units in same building is also being evicted and the units sold. All money 100% will flow into Tracy Julian's pocket and, what motive did Judge Terry Bottinelli have?
My two poor helpless children were kidnapped away and in cold blood psychologically murdered -- so as to facilitate the over 2 million dollars in "child support backlog" and $675/- per week of child support. (child support and backlog installments - $7280/month)
Marriage Certificate is the perfect alibi. From 2004 to 2010, for six years Alina and her mother used the Marriage Certificate to cover up an endless list of crimes including attempted murder. Since 2011, my marriage certificate is the perfect alibi for every one - several Judges, psychologists, lawyers like Tracy Julian, and sadly for several in several departments in the government.
I am not the only victim. In varying degrees, this is happening to over 20 million parents and children all over America.
This is a new form of Slavery!

In less than 4 years she has billed you an eye popping, heart stopping -- over $3million. If this happened in a financial firm or any firm, the government would put Tracy Julian in Jail. In a honest world, same will happen even if Tracy Julian is sheltering in place under her legal license and leveraging the most powerful law firm in the State of New Jersey (Gary Stein is retired Supreme Court Judge of the State of NJ).

(b) Over $2 million in illegal legal fees I have to pay your attorney Tracy Julian, accounted in State account books as Child Support Backlog.
