Part-2: Even in India's COVID Tragedy U.S. Judges and Attorneys find ways to make "MONEY"!
Is this who we are? Is this our Humanity? Is this how we build a great Nation?An eleven year old child is forced into submission - not to call her father "daddy", not to call her dying grandfather - "grandpa", not to tell her dying grandfather one last time "grandpa, I love you!" These are human values in family courts in America. Over 20 million children in America, in some way, shape or form, are going through such psychological torture. This is Psychological Genocide!
Are we a nation of baby torturers? Are we a nation of child abusers? Every day our family courts (when I say "family courts" I mean family courts, CPS, lawyers, therapists and many more on the child predator team) kidnap at least 100 children, may be 1000 or more. In an instant the child's life is changed forever, the trauma is immeasurable. Over next few months, years, the child is rapidly "Psychologically Murdered" - the child's ties to one or both parents is severed forever. What we have in America is Psychological Genocide!Is it possible to save at least one child, - of the 100 that will be kidnapped tomorrow?We know, due to covid, all over the world, so many parents and grandparents cannot see their children and grandchildren in person. They can however pick up the phone and speak with their child or grandchild on audio/video any time of the day or night.
In Family court, the judge orders "visitation" so as make himself look good on paper, but does nothing to enforce his orders.
In the final analysis, the character and intent of a person is revealed in a clear and convincing manner by the "results" he produces! A judge cannot say "I want the child to have a relation with her father", and then force the child to get on phone and say, "I don’t want to talk to you" and hang up in less than 4 seconds.
For past six weeks my two helpless children are "forced" to get on video (2 times a week) and say just one sentence to their loving father and hang up in haste, "I don’t want to talk to you, bye!" Since 12 May they are forced to switch off video. Very soon the 3 seconds audio also will be switched off. And the Judge will say, "I want the child to have a relation with her father."
On 30 April 2021, Judge Terri Bottinelli ordered that my children can speak with their grandfather in India as he lay dying from Covid. The Judge sanctioned (fined) my attorney Paul Clark (ex-US Marine) $500 and me about $4600.00 for having filed such a motion (application).
On Sunday 2nd May 2021, 10.30 AM US EST, my children spoke on video call (zoom) with their grandfather, uncle and cousin brother.
On 2nd May 2021, an old and dying grandfather, a retired naval officer 90 years old, suffering from Covid, oxygen levels around 65, summoned strength to convey his love and blessings to his grandchildren - "God Bless You.., Wish you a Happy Life, Wish you a Long Life." Three days later, he passed away on 5th May.
Covid is all about, lungs, oxygen and breathing. When we are Sad our breathing is shallow. The incredible cruelty and inhumanity my father saw firsthand in his last days, and hours on Earth, hastened his death.
Before 9 September 2017 when my children lived with me 4 days a week, they would have normal, loving conversations with their grandpa - "dadaji, how are you?.., dadaji did you have breakfast.., dadaji I miss you,.., dadaji I love you".
On this call, my two children were "FORCED", not to display any human warmth. My children were "FORCED", not to call their grandfather "grandpa" (dadaji), forced not to say, "I love you dadaji (grandpa)".
During the call, the video background was artificial. My children were forced to block out the background same way as when they speak with me 2 times a week for mere 4 seconds. My brother said, he could not see anything outside of my children's body/outline - he could not see anything around them - everything was blotted out. I did not want the call to happen from the mom's house (Ukrainian Fraud Alina Myronova) because I did not want my father and my family members to see my children in such a situation as if kidnapped.
Myself, my father, my brothers, nephews - all family, have known my children by their Indian names as S…, R… During their conversation, my brother and nephew addressed my children by their Indian names. S.., snapped back right away "my name is E…". Two times my son was forced to snap back "my name is E…" - once at my brother and once at my nephew. My father overheard it. My bother and nephew demonstrated kindness, compassion, respect, empathy - for my children.
Forcing my children that they should not be called by their Indian names is clearly among other things - a clear sign of Racism, which all adults involved have demonstrated several times in past.
My children were forced not to call their grandfather - grandpa. Never once were my children allowed to address their grandfather (who lay dying) as dadaji (in Hindi) or even in English as grandpa.
This was one and only one opportunity before my father died! Yet the Judge did not allow me to join that video call. Judge felt this is not, "American Family Court Human Values" that children, father and grandfather should be on same video call.
My children were forced, not to tell their grandfather for one last time - "I love you grandpa!"
The judge did not allow the video call to take place from my residence, i.e. he did not allow my children to visit my residence for even 15 minutes. If they did, all above would not have happened.
Did the Judge force my children (in this instance and in past 4 years), "himself", personally? Does any judge do this heinous, inhumane work himself? No! He gets it done through a team - lawyers - Tracy Julian, Robert Kornitzer, Linda Torsion from law firm of Pashman Stein Walder Hayden, psychologists like Dr. Paul Dasher, therapists like Kristen Odorisio-Luzzi, and many more.
And do these lawyers do these heinous acts of torturing helpless children themselves? No! They encourage - Alina Myronova (fraudster from Ukraine), Jeffery Michael Rothstein (boyfriend), Viktoriya Hayden Myronova (fraudster from Ukraine) and Kenneth Hayden - to torture the children.
Every evil person - Hitler, Stalin, or a family court Judge - in public will pretend, they have no knowledge of any crime against humanity happening!
What we see in family courts is as if from another planet - planet of child predators. Over 20 million children in America are going through such trauma and torture. Every day at least 100 or upto 100 or more children are kidnapped and put through such torture and psychological death in family courts in America.
As per Judge, lawyers, psychologists, therapists .., -- myself or any victim like me writing about this psychological genocide - is not in the "best interests" of the children.
As per Judge, lawyers, psychologists, therapists.., this is in the "best interests" of a child --- forcing a child not to call their father "daddy" forcing a child not to tell their dying grandfather one last time "grandpa, I love you".
As per Judge, lawyers, psychologists, therapists.., myself and others - fighting for children's rights - is not in the "best interests" of children.
Judge, if you are honest and human, then we are on the same team and you will muster courage to protect and serve!
