Part-1: Even in India's COVID Tragedy U.S. Judges and Attorneys find ways to extract "MONEY"!My attorney (Paul Clark-ex US Marine) was fined $500 and I was fined $4597.50 because I filed a motion requesting, to allow my children to speak with their grandfather on video and this call to take place from "my residence".Saturday, 24 April, my 90+ year old father (a retired naval officer), was down with covid. His condition was serious. He could barely stand or walk on his own. My brother Nanda (Narender) took him to 5 hospitals - no bed. A Doctor prescribed medicines. Surprisingly with two doses of medicines he made remarkable improvement. This photo on Thursday 29th April.On Monday 25 April I filed an emergent motion (OTSC) to ask Judge to allow my children to speak with their grandfather on video from "my residence", so I can ensure that the mother (Alina) does not force the children to be disrespectful to the grandfather. Alina does not agree. On Tuesday I told my dad, that I filed the motion. He was very happy. He believed in Humanity. He was hopeful that the Judge will show some humanity!An OTSC has to be heard by Judge within 24 hours. Judge Terri Bottinelli heard the motion on Friday - on "5th day". He ordered that kids will speak on video from mom's house on Sunday 10 AM. As per his analysis, there was no reason to file a motion and hence he sanctioned/fined my attorney and me. No finding of facts, no oral arguments, nothing!Saturday evening I told my dad that the Judge has denied my request, his grandchildren will speak from mom's house (Ukrainian Fraud Alina). Covid is all about, lungs, oxygen and breathing. When we are Sad our breathing is shallow. Within hours my dad's condition declined.Sunday morning 10 AM (US Time), my dad was unable to speak. My brother said, his condition is serious. I requested him to connect the call, at least he will see my kids. On video he was barely able to speak. He conveyed his blessings to his grandchildren: "God Bless You.., Wish you a happy Life,.., Wish you a long Life." He could overhear my kids speak with their Uncle and Cousin Brother (my brother and nephew). The mom forced my children to be noticeably disrespectful and act as if they are strangers. The Judge allowed only ONE Call!My dad's condition continued to decline. He passed away 3 days later on Wednesday. Judge Bottinelli and Alina's attorneys (Tracy Julian from Pashman Stein Walder Hayden) are very happy and very proud that my children are being taught to abuse their father and be disrespectful to their grandfather, uncle and cousin brothers. Mahatma Gandhi said, if you want to know about the humanity in any nation, see how they treat "animals". At that time Mahatma Gandhi did not know how 70 years later, children in America will be treated worse than animals, worse than dogs.My dear fellow human beings all over earth, this is the culture, this is the humanity we have in America! This is what Tracy Julian and Judge Terri Bottinelli are proud to call "Human Values, American Values!"I am a victim of a bone chilling horrendous marriage fraud by Alina Myronova and her mother Viktoriya Myronova (from Ukraine). But what I and my children have suffered at the hands of Alina and Viktoriya is a drop in the mighty ocean of Cruelty that we have suffered and continue to suffer at the hands of Judges, lawyers (Tracy Julian, Robert Kornitzer), psychologists, etc.Since 24 Feb 2011, from Judges, I have ensured Hell on Earth, but, on Friday 7th May, on zoom, the way Judge Bottinelli spoke, what he said, and the order he passed - for the first time I felt, I am being LYNCHED, I felt he placed a NOOSE around my Neck and now he will begin tightening it.Evil is successful because, the Judge knows "people don’t Care, Like and Share".
