A 90+, Retired Naval Officer, COVID Positive Grand Father's Appeal to President Joe Biden

Dear President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff, Attorney General Merrick Garland,
A 90+ year old, COVID positive Grandfather (a retired naval officer living in India), who may die any moment, wants to see his grandchildren (living in New Jersey) on video call before he passes away.
Last year I requested Attorney General of New Jersey Mr. Gurbir Grewal, that my daughter on her 11th birthday, to be allowed to see her father on a video call for just one minute. Mr. Gurbir Grewal ignored it! Last week, my dad happily risked his life trying to take care of his daughter-in-law who had COVID.
My dad has prostate cancer. Doctors flat out refused and turned him away - "considering his age, he cannot be saved, and there are no beds in the hospital."
Since September 2017, my father has been yearning to speak with his grandchildren on phone or skpye.
Immigration fraud, marriage fraud, theft of over $500,000, "attempted murder", kidnapping of children, several instances of child abuse, endless crime spree - by Viktoriya Myronova (Viktoriya Hayden) and Alina Myronova - mother-daughter super-fraudsters from Ukraine. Yet in our family courts all that matters is, how to make money from this human trauma. This is one of the biggest "Criminal Case in US history playing out in Family Courts" -- well over 10 long years, and well over $5 million in litigation costs.
How can any attorney general, senator, congressman, governor..., enforce humanity in police department and at the same time encourage absolute total evil, cruelty, inhumanity on children and parents in family courts?
