"Civilization is created and maintained by the Competent Few!" I am ever grateful to the "competent few"! It is our moral duty to do our part!
Twitter Feed - we cannot create and maintain Civilization, we cannot "protect and serve", if we can only read and process a twitter tweet. I have been writing this to many - from Council Members to the White House.

The Federal Complaint is written for - "We The People" (i.e., target audience). No normal person would ignore what is written in this complaint! From October 25, 2022 till date this has been ignored!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------I am a victim of a bone chilling marriage fraud by Alina Myronova and her mother Viktoriya Myronova (Hayden) from Ukraine. Viktoriya (the mother) planned and executed this fraud. It was part of this fraud that they both will use me to come to America, Alina will be my girlfriend/ fiancée/wife and as soon as they got their green card, Alina filed for divorce.
Six years Alina lived with me during which time Alina and Viktoriya stole over $300,000 from marital assets and unjustly enriched themselves with another $300,000 (working in my business).
In family court all that mattered was "how to extract all past, current and future earnings from both litigants".
The trauma and loss from "marriage fraud" was like a drop in the bucket as compared to the monumental, never ending, ongoing - evil, injustice and inhumanity in Family Courts. So much so that - after trial ended on February 25, 2022, both Alina and Viktoriya are hiding from their respective attorneys - Tracy Julian and Franz Cobos. After trial ended both Alina-Viktoriya hurriedly sold their joint residence in Bayonne, New Jersey and went into hiding!
On Paper Alina is awarded virtually all of my past 42 years and future 30 years of earnings i.e., over 2 million in legal fees Alina owes to Tracy Julian is converted to "child support" backlog" which I have to pay. Yet Alina is hiding from her attorney! And Viktoriya too is hiding from her attorney!
We don’t need any elaborate discovery, evidence, trial, etc. All we need is one simple fact: "How can any spouse be awarded 65% in marital assets when she contributed barely 20%?"
In 2004 Alina was still in college in Kharkiv, Ukraine. I am about 23 years older to Alina and a successful small business owner. Alina lived with me for mere 6 years and as soon as she got her green card she filed for divorce (Feb 24, 2011); and in JOD she was given 65% from "pre-marital" assets, way over 65% in marital assets (6 rental units) and 40% in "post marital assets" (my 2 office units that I purchased after Alina filed for divorce).
Has any one seen a family court case with such a judgement!
And then, follow the money! All money awarded to Alina - her percentage and my percentage as well - all 100% - has gone, and is going into the pocket of Tracy Julian. On paper I am given 35%, but through - "child support backlog" that is extracted away.
